Arrive is an integrated visitor management and emergency management app. It easily captures all visitors & contractors who enter you premises with a simple sign in procedure & records who is on site in the event of an emergency.

Visitor management:
Signing guests in as an important function for any business and an opportunity for you to make a good first impression. Your signing in procedure can say a lot about who you are as an organisation.

Key features of our sign in process are:

Simple & easy to use - we aim to keep the sign in procedure as brief as possible
Mandatory fields require visitors to provide key details betore they enter
Visitor / contractor briefing - this customisable page provides visitors with critical information only.
Notification to staff that visitors have arrived
Sign out - all visitors can sign out in a matter of seconds when they leave, so you know they (along with Elvis) have left the building.

The smarts:
As the administrator or manager you have access to the following:
A realtime dashboard for reporting the visitors & contractors on site (running monthly total)
An historic list of visitors, if you ever need to check - able to be exported in a .csv file if needed
Key data including the number visitors who have attended site, the total hours on site by visitors or contractors.
Check which contractors or visitors are not signing out correctly - manage them better so you don’t put anyone at risk in an emergency
Change the appearance, customise the pictures, the messages. the induction / instruction page all locally from the device.

Emergency Management:
In the event of an emergency you need all the help you can get. The Arrive App provides an emergency response for emergency scenarios as required by legislation (& good risk management procedures). A few of the key emergency management features:

Always know who is on site so you can check them off at the muster point when they arrive.
Always know who is not accounted for in an emergency so you can inform the emergency services - and their phone number is on the tablet so you can check yourself if they are not onsite.
Have access to all the emergency contact numbers in one place.
Develop and implement emergency scenario specific procedures, which your staff can check off as they complete them in an emergency. The step by step guide allows staff to follow simple to understand procedures in a high pressure situation.
